Collection: Classroom Courses

The Community Driving School $499 Teenage Driver’s Ed Program includes all of 
the requirements for teenagers to get their licenses in Texas. 

• 24 classroom hours split up into a 2 week course
• Written test for a Learner’s Permit taken during the classroom portion
• 14 instructor-lead hours completed in-car once a Learner’s Permit has been issued by the DPS 
• Online log for the 30 parent hours to be completed at home by the approved parent
• The scheduling site we utilize, schedule2drive.com, charges a one-time $10 registration fee
• The DPS Authorized Road Test is not included in the $499 course but can be completed and purchased through our school
• The $499 cannot be refunded once a certificate has been issued. Refunds issued before the course start date will incur a $15 processing fee.
